I always make a ps file first, then use distiller to make the PDF. I tried using the mono setting on our DPM, but the placed art didn't grayscale. I did some testing and changed it to print colors as black and white and then it worked. It also worked when I selected our color copier and then selected grayscale in the color mode box. Thank you for the information. This saved me hours of unneeded stress. Thank you and have a great day. As a former Sales manager, I can see where stripping accounts from a salesperson would be counter productive, demoralizing and punitive. It sure would throw cold water on the will to achieve and succeed. Its better allow the rep to keep the accounts as low priority, minimal contact accounts. I know I wouldn't want to do it. 40 is an interesting number however. As they add new accounts they give the lowest producing ones back to the company as house accounts. I never had a sales rep that liked this approach. I was curious if any of you would be willing to share a comfortable number for their salespeople. We currently have a list of about 225 non house accounts for our salesperson which seems to be overwhelming for some of our people. Any help would be appreciated.
