[PrintShare] Horror Stories with Adobe Customer Service

I've heard all the bad stories about Quark 
before, but it seems like Adobe has passed them 
ion poor customer service. I called them because 
my online registration account is messed up. The 
guy can't speak English. He refuses to leave me 
talk to a supervisor. He puts on on hold for a 
long time (I'm still on hold). I don't think he 
has any idea what I'm asking for.

Anybody have a way to talk to an American at Adobe who can help?
