[PrintShare] Numbering

I remember that a year or two ago that several members shared how to get
forms to consecutively number when you print multiple copies. Would you be
willing to share this again? It will save me time and money from having to
send them out to be numbered. I have type set the form in excel and in word
and have tried multiple ways to get it to work with no luck.
