[PrintShare] External Maxtor Drive Problem

I have an external Maxtor drive. There web site 
hasn't been helpful and I didn't see any phone 
numbers for tech help. The problem is it is a 300 
gig drive, but between the free space and the 
space used it only comes up to 100 gig. How do I 
regain access to the rest of the drive?
