I'd like to be able to have my contact manager addresses and todos integrate with the Palm software and my email client, for a start, and integration with my word processor would be nice. I'd also like my Palm software to work better with the David Allen "GTD" system, which works a lot better for me than anything I've tried previously. I'd really like to stay away from as much Microcrap stuff as I can, but, at this point, I'm willing to bite that particular bullet if I have to--the lack of integration among my tools is driving me nuts. What are you using, how does it work, and what do you suggest? Companion Link for integrating your Palm or a TREO with Goldmine. http://www.companionlink.com/ Act would not be my choice for CRM software, but Companion Link should help you integrate ACT with your Palm.
