Printer's Plan also works with Act, I'm told, and I'm planning to switch when PP is able to read the Crouser price-list cd ('cause that will make the switch virtually seamless in the short run). My biggest frustrations in the short term have mostly to do with integrating Act with my Palm (tasks, calendar, and contacts), and getting Act to work with my email client and word processor. I've been trying to avoid using Outlook, both on general principles and because it's the vulnerable target. Is there a decent alternative, or is Microcrap the only game in town? I may bitch about improvements I'd like to see in the tools I'm using, and that direction may work for some, but I've already done that experiment, and, for me, it yields a negative result.
