As much as I hate to say this, Microsoft Publisher actually has a
reasonably good calendar wizard. I sometimes use it to make a generic
calendar, print it to a PDF, then drop the PDF into InDesign and
customize the dates & holidays in InDesign.

You can also Google a few sites on the Internet that specialize in
this. Here's one that I know of:

I haven't bought anything from them but I might next time I need a calendar.
