Probably one of the most experienced around might be Mark Roberts, in 
Omaha. He's sold his businesses over the last year or two (one did a 
lot of litigation copying, and the other involved a software package 
for scanning and keeping track of the same thing, digitally), but he 
should still be a wealth of information, if you can find him. I hear 
he takes extended vacations in cognito, wherever that is. <g>
