[PrintOwners] Options needed on label for Chemical Drum

Hoping someone has some suggestions for options on a label request.
I have a customer that is a Chemical Co.
They have asked for a 11x17 Crack & Peel Label that is weather resistant for 
90 days.
They want 100 to make sure it works then possibly as many as 1000.

I am thinking that there is possibly a better option.
Maybe laminating or  printed on vinyl with a double face tape?

I don't know if they plan to use these on metal or plastic.
