[PrintOwners] Acrobat color to K

Yes I can easily make it all greyscale..
BUT I only want color on color pages and black on greyscale pages!
Mixed document..
I contacted Matt Beals  (he was a great help)
he told me that there was a spot color called acrofakegrey that needed 
to be remapped and then
using Callas pdftoolbox he fixed the document...
Before this 312 page document had 192 pages that it wanted in color and 
after it was ONLY 99 pages n color.. 100 page difference for 25 books!
BUT I use acrobat 8 and have pitstop and callas is costly...

As for my strange work days... I am in a religious community.. We are 
off every Sabbath.. Fri Eve to Sat Eve.. so I am usually in the shop 
most Sundays...and the rest of the week... MUCH to do!
