[PrintOwners] Ryobi 3302 problem

We have a Ryobi 3302 - 2 color press and my husband is having problems with the lower feed rollers.  We always run our two sided jobs right away, but he has problems on the 3302 with the ink transferring down the length of the sheet (underside of sheet) when he goes to print the second side

Amount of ink coverage, type of paper, color of ink make no difference.  Only difference that helps is time....how long does he wait to print second side?

We picked the press up off e-bay so have no training manual per se....

any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
