[PrintOwners] Bulk Mailing

Non-machinable bulk mailings, 5 digit sort is now $0.343 each, but Mixed 
sort are $0.561.  That's substantially more than First Class.
I don't get it.  Why would anyone do a bulk mailing anymore if it costs More 
than First Class?

And what really is the difference between Machinable and Nonmachinable?
And what is the difference between Automation and Nonautomation?

And better yet, where do you go to learn this stuff? You'd think the post 
office itself, but no one at the local post office has a clue.
