[PrintOwners] C500 overage charges

I have never heard such nonsense. The higher click charge for lower
quantity is supposed to cover the fixed costs of personnel showing
up, just like an offset press run, you should be discounted at higher
run lengths since theoretically you should be producing a larger mean
click quantity between calls, hence the lower rate.
You're getting jacked around Russ. Sounds like he's makin' it up as he goes.
Maybe this guy's boss should be involved here.
