[PrintOwners] Bulk Mail Acceptance at Post Office-Changes

I was told by my local post office when I stopped 
there Friday that I will be receiving a letter in 
the next week or two saying that the USPS will 
only accept bulk mailings at a few post offices. 
That means we will have to drive about 15 miles 
instead of 2 everyday to do bulk mailings. Has 
anyone else heard anything about this? I see this 
as a major threat to our bulk mailings as it will 
drive up the cost greatly. My local PO says they 
are trying to fight it and find a way around it 
as they want the $500,000+ we spend on postage to 
go through them. They also said they really don't expect to be successful.

This seems in complete opposition to what I heard 
at a postal council meeting by someone high up 
who came from Washington who said the want our 
business and want to make mailings easier as they 
need to be able to break even or make a profit.
