[PrintOwners] Errors and omissions

We had a claim against our policy and the customer got paid for provable
additional expenses and we got paid for the postage and I think for the cost
to print the replacement mailing.. At first they didn't know what to do but
they paid with very few questions asked and our rates didn't seem to go up.
