John, $1.00 flushes aside....I believe I remember you had originally said 
that you had just had work done prior to the floating monster.

when you hade your tank worked on, the company was supposed to fill it about 
3/4 full of water to keep it from floating.
Seems to me the co. who made your repairs should be fixing your tank & 
lines, etc. since they evidently didn't fill the tank.
