[PrintOwners] Work and Turn

Depends on your press, ink, fountain solution, operator skill, etc.
We do work & turns all the time, frequently with with no time in
between running the front and running the back. But we have a hot air
dryer and I think the infeed roller configuration on our Hamada is
just the opposite of that on your Ryobi - we have a steel roller on
bottom and a rubber roller on top. I suspect having a rubber roller
run against wet ink would be more prone to problems with offset &
smearing. I know we do often have a problem with multi-pass work. The
first pass has to be pretty dry before we can run it through again for
the second pass. But if we have have a heavy coverage 2 sided job and
we're concerned about smearing on a work & turn we would normally run
it sheetwise and not bother with trying to save a few plates & setup
time with a work & turn.
