[PrintOwners] business card boxes

I know it is tacky, but if one of my customers orders less than 250 cards, I
just wrap a wide rubber band around them. I told them that the boxes cost
too much to give them out on small orders. I MIGHT GIVE THEM THE FIRST ONE,
BUT AFTER THAT, IT IS BANDS. No problems so far. They seem to understand and
want the prices kept down<G> I also give them to option of buying a box for
$1.00 extra, but have never had anyone want one that bad<G>
