I just got a letter from Xerox saying they will be issuing a refund check.
In the same mail I got the refund check, for 30 cents.
Wonder what it cost them to issue that letter and that check?

$30.00 maybe?
What are they thinking?

Why not just credit out account, why the letter and separate check?

They're probably over billing me for thousands and just sent the 30 cents 
out to create the illusion of honesty.
Yeah, that's probably it.
