I just went through the exact same thing with a duplo collator  
supposedly located in Texas.  Charlene was nice enough to hook me up  
with her duplo service guy to check it out, but I never heard back  
from the seller when I asked to send him over.  I ended up not bidding  
on it, and now I'm glad I didn't.  Anyone who won't let you check out  
equipment is clearly hiding something.
