[PrintOwners] Lancer Label Problem

We once had a vendor replace and pay us to reprint about 15M #10 
window envelopes. You could feel that they only had about half the 
usual amount of adhesive on the flaps, and the customer complained 
that they weren't sticking closed.

A good vendor stands behind their product, just as we (and I sure 
most of you) do.
