[PrintOwners] 70# Topkote C2S thru C500 - melting?

Hi -

Just wanted to check and see if anyone had any tips for running 70#  
C2S gloss text through the C500.  We've printed one side (slowly) and  
let it cool in between sheets, but now on the second side it's  
jamming in the thermal unit and melting/burning the paper together.   
We've got a call in to the tech but wanted to see if anyone has had  
this happen before.
