As you respond, let him know that Aero printing is a subsidiary of Aero International Air Freight and wants to do the right thing.  Aero International Air Freight will deliver the flyers at no charge.  However Ohio passed an amendment to their sales tax laws forcing you to charge sales tax and that Aero's policy is that all taxes must be paid by certified check prior to printing.  It won't be a burden because delivery is no charge.
