[PrintOwners] 3-ring adhesive binder strips?

Hello,
I've been Googling for a while trying to find this product, and I 
thought maybe someone has seen them. We're going to do folders (with a 
spine gusset) and our customer wants to put a 3-ring binder inside. 
Seems like there would be a self-adhesive plastic or metal assembly on 
the market, but I sure don't see it. We're going to put 10 sheets + 4 
tab dividers inside the folders. 10 to 20,000 finished folders, so I 
hate to give up looking.
