[PrintOwners] Canadian Format Checks, or should I say "Cheques"

A customer approached us about print checks in "Canadian format"
Continuous and only 1 part (ie no carbons)
 
I have No idea what the Canadian Format is, and hope that one of our
Canadian associates can educate me and get me a source.
