[PrintOwners] A head's up: Original On-Hold Company

I faxed a quote out to a customer of mine yesterday, and I got a call  
from an irate office-person claiming that I had sent them a incorrect  
invoice.

I told him it was just a quote for Karen, but he said he did not want  
to get "scammed" and he thought it was an invoice! I had him read it  
to me, and of course it said Estimate #8421 in big friendly letters  
at the top.

He was still very suspicous, even when he found out who I was, so  
they must have problems with mysterious fax invoices too.
