[PrintOwners] How long should artwork files be saved?

With disk space so cheap, we keep all files. All files fit on less
than 500 gig, user data included. However, back in 2000 we had a
crash and due to poor back up and migration techniques, we lost
everything prior to 2000 (no not y2k related) and yes, our back up
practices are up to specs now with both on premises and off premises
back ups. It is also a good advertising point.

You never know just when someone is going to resurrect that old file.
