There is an air fed crimper system that we us that is very efficient on
clipping both ends at one time. 

Marlon Air Crimper 350 and it is about $1700

It is very fast on clipping and can be sustained because the operators
hand does not get worn out.....it is also very easy/quick setup

Tom,
that's the same setup we use, Rhino brand, and my staff is quite  
efficient at using it. I think the next step up is quite pricey and  
would need an incredibly large volume to justify. With that said, I  
would be thrilled to be proven wrong and find even more efficient and  
affordable options.
