I'm familiar with the statements made by FSC but I don't believe they  have 
any legal basis for their prohibition... it might work in some of the third  
world countries they work with but making a statement of fact is still pretty  
much protected in this country.
 
Nonetheless, I have just issued an email challenge to FSC challenging them  
to produce the legal framework for the prohibition they claim. When I  receive 
an answer from these tree huggers I will let the list know.
