A circumvention that I heard from a printer friend was when he placed
an order for 75,000 brochures through a 'Trade House' in Toronto, a
hundred miles away, all went well. However, another Non-trade printer
from the same city began pursuing the end user with undercut prices
and his customer asked if he could match these numbers. Upon digging,
he found that the two printers were related. But really, you don't
need to be related, just need 2 individuals in collusion.

The bad guys go to a different school than we do. We lock our cars.
They use a rock and screw driver. That wasn't in the manual.
