My apologies to all for cross posting - it will be the first and last time.
 
I wanted to thank everyone on both lists for all of the help and advise you
have offered over the years. I will miss you all.
 
My wife and I are in the process of selling our company to Michael and Diana
Coso, a brother and sister. I hope they will join the groups and share your
wisdom.
 
We are now in escrow and the business should change hands in the next week.
 
I will be sticking around for training and consulting for the rest of the
month and a little beyond.
 
After that I will be working on another business I have started which will
be selling exotic (Ferrari and Lamborghini) auto parts on the internet.
 
This time around I wanted a business where I could set my own hours, with no
employees, and my only contact with customers would be via email.
 
I of course don't know yet how it will turn out, but I'm optimistic it will
generate some extra cash to supplement my wife's and my retirement.
 
My wife will return to her first love, of writing mystery novels.
