Ian,

Unless the rules for South African English are very different from 
those for the American and British varieties, your tips might be 
improved by checking for misplaced commas and run-on sentences. The 
information content looks good to me, but I find grammatical mistakes 
off-putting when I'm reading marketing materials, particularly those 
from a firm who might wish to print my marketing materials. Then 
again, perhaps I'm in the minority...
