[PrintOwners] Need excel help

I have a spreadsheet in which all of the fields are all caps.
I'd like to make some of the fields "proper case." I've made 
additional columns, and have used the "PROPER" function to fill the 
new columns:

col a
THIS IS ALL CAPS

col f
=PROPER(A)  (which appears as This Is All Caps)

How can I convert these new columns to straight text, instead of 
functions of the old columns? (Essentially, I need to end up with a 
spreadsheet that just contains the new columns, with the old ones 
deleted.)
