Personally, when I'm making up a price out of thin
air, I usually do something like, "$472.31" but when I
have an actual price quote, I'll often round up or down
to the nearest five just to make it prettier. :-)
We love competing with the people in our area who
mark up outsourced work at 100%. Nothing like a
customer finding out that they've been paying printer
X $3000 for the exact same quality of work and service
that printer Y is selling for $1500.
