[PrintOwners] Backing Up -- AGAIN!

I am considering all options but have no idea what an "honest rack  
snap server" is -- I think ours is a snap server -- raid 4 -- mirror  
hard drive???? And a couple years ago Scott guided me on this  
purchase as well as phone support for setup.
So, I'm guessing "rack" concept is bigger, better????? is it in  
addition to what we have? And, the removable hard drives don't seem  
doable with 350GB????
