[PrintOwners] Does anyone keep minutes or notes from
productionmeetings??

We have a production meeting every morning for 15-20 minutes. This provides
more immediate feedback and address issues more correctly then a weekly
production meeting.
We have each department talk about what they have on their list for the day.
I keep my notes on the daily production schedule for about two weeks so I
can refer back to them.
Fwiw, that is the way we do it.

My "agenda" is kudos FIRST, (what we did right last week)
Then rapid fire down the list (computerized list) of work in shop.
Then "exceptions" jobs that are taking longer for whatever reason.
Then "problem" jobs, jobs where we failed or violated the customer.
Does anyone do anything ELSE or do you keep notes??????????
