[PrintOwners] Does anyone keep minutes or notes from production meetings??

  I am calling a production meeting for monday morning. 8 AM attendance
required.

My "agenda" is kudos FIRST,   (what we did right last week) 

Then rapid fire down the list (computerized list) of work in shop.

Then "exceptions" jobs that are taking longer for whatever reason.

Then "problem" jobs, jobs where we failed or violated the customer.




Does anyone do anything ELSE or do you keep notes??????????
