[PrintOwners] "Printing-On-Demand" Patent Lawsuit: Please help.

As far as I can remember, Xerox was talking about Print On Demand in the
early '90s, shoertly after they introduced the Docutech.
Whether it was the concept or the exact terminology is not something
that I remember. I would ask a trade journal if they have searcheable
archives that go that far back. I would also ask AIIM.
FWIW, I have a book called "Moore's Imaging Dictionary" published in
1993. They list "On Demand Printing" but do not list "Print on Demand"
