[PrintOwners] Survey-Are sales up YTD over last year or down?

Sales are up by 10% over last year. It's kind of relative based on  
previous years sales. If your sales are $3 million and are up 10  
that's nice. If sales are $400K then up 10% isn't as big of a deal  
but it helps.
