[PrintOwners] Copier Performance Agreement

We've had Xerox do a "like for like" exchange for us on a machine  
that was underperforming.  Its important to make a paper trail and  
put in a lot of service calls (seriously, everyday) to get it done  
though.  I don't know if they'll give you a return, but they'll  
certainly swap it out for another machine.
