Silly nit picking example. A press operator should be hired for their 
knowledge and skill of operating a press. As long as they don't have 
green hair, spiked metal protruding from their face, take a bath once 
in a while, wear clothes that doesn't show 6 inched of their boxers, 
and can speak without cussing every other word. <G>
