Mailing equipment that uses solvent based ink work very well.  This 
type of equipment can inkjet on plastic, glass, etc.  Usually larger 
mail houses have this equipment.

Others that can print on uv: a printing company that has UV 
capabilities.  Or a screen printer, if the qty is small enough.
