Which means you see the technician a lot and think how bad the others must
be not to have as many service people.
But like the Maytag ads, you don't want to see the service man.
The 240, 250 have user replaceable drums as well. The Fuser is user
replaceable as it simply drops in but due to cost the technician doesn't
like to leave a spare, I managed it once one was slightly damaged but still
useable for envelopes. So far it hasn't had the 11, 12 inch problem but if
it did I would have them leave me one for the larger size.
