If I can unlock a PDF anyone can. That would include Kinko's.

I took a programming course at the local community college a few years 
ago. The instructors wrote the text and put it online as a locked PDF. 
He was really shocked that over half the class came to class with print 
outs of the book. Gee, imagine that a class full of geeks and he 
expected a locked PDF to stop printing?
