Interesting observation and something I will have to clarify on the final  
survey questionnaire... it so happened that while those were just examples I did 
 in fact mean to indicate a finished trim size of 9 x 12, which may present 
more  of a problem for some offset shops and methods than it might for color 
copiers,  and visa versa. Once again, while we will probably ask for method of 
production,  we don't care in a sense as to how it is run but I know some folks 
do  care.
