[PrintOwners] Pricing a Kinko's job

[Maui Print Works]

Our current pricing would put it at $860.00 running on a Doc 240,

We've run this type job  though not our favorite stock choice. The 
coated texts like to stick together and double (triple...) feed a lot 
on the 240.  I've had 10 sheets feed and jam in the fuser.
