You can pretty much average, machine, electricity, toner, 20#
should have a cost of about 1¢ to 1.5¢ depending on equipment. This
job on a high speed toner based machine would have a cost of about
$750 in materials and machine time of about 19 hours (the cost on
that depends on how much it cost for you to operate per hour)
I would guess that an average toner based price would range from
$3,500 to $3,900.
HOWEVER, thie big red flag is your customer only wants to do business
on price. So you may get the job and be busy, but it will not add to
your bottom line if you need to lowball.
