I save anything I might need but wonder how you get saved emails over to
another computer when upgrading? BTW Charlene, I create a SAVED folder in
Outlook and put sub folders in like Prepress, Bindery, Management, Sales,
etc so I can somewhat group the emails I want to keep.

Thanks for responding Bob.  I too save anything that I ever might want to go
back and look at.  My problem comes when I can't remember where I put it.
:-)   But I sure do use my delete button again.
