[PrintOwners] Blueline Proofs ?????

Because it is a bid situation already.  We cannot do Negatives and bluelines
and Metal plates and be anywhere near competitive.  Some of it is 1/1.  not
a good way to print 1/1 with MP & neg.

Why not just charge to have someone run film and make a blueline and 
you use metal plates? I wouldn't turn down a job over something like 
this. I would just find a way to do what they want and charge 
accordingly.
