I believe you're looking for the Print Head Ribbon Cable, p/n
32-50001-001.  You should be able to service the 9K yourself if you're
somewhat mechanically inclined. You can purchase the Service Manual
from Secap (Bryce) if you want - it's p/n 90-00863-001. I think it was
around $50 or so. I've bought parts and supplies from the Secap dealer
in Louisville:
